Hi Cass! Well in general, you'd have to look for someone who's keen on data research/entry and they should have a high level of expertise when using certain office tools, such as MS Excel. Someone who can research fast & efficiently, a quick-learner & easily gets instructions would also be an advantage. Hope this helps. smile
