Degree in Business Administrative or any equivalent
At least 5 years experience in working in Senior Management level
Experience working in MNC of any industry
Experience assisting top management (Manager, VP, Director) positions
Strong experience being Executive Assistant/Secretary, i.e, travel/hotel arrangements, answering correspondence, scheduling of appointments, making of presentations, etc.
Strong experience working in administrative tasks, i.e, maintaining filing systems, meeting room bookings, submission of timesheet, onboarding of new hires, maintaining stock of office supplies, etc.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focus oriented
Well-organized and self-starter
