In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, 27001, ITIL Service Management
General Knowledge of Cisco Systems or equivalent Routers, Switches, Firewalls, 802.11 WiFi, VPN, NMS
General Knowledge of standard based Ethernet technologies like VLANs, QoS, Traffic Management, VTP, STP, 802.1q, 802.3ad
General Knowledge of Firewalls, IDP, ACLs, 802.1x
General Knowledge of IP Telephony, SIP / SCCP
General Knowledge of Standard based routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, IGMP, PIM-SM
General Knowledge of DNS, DHCP protocol
General Knowledge of FreeBSD/Linux, and MS Windows Server systems administration
General Knowledge of network cabling, copper (cat5, cat6), fibre (single mode, multi mode, splicing) and cable supporting system
Homogeneous Project Management competency, at least 3 years experience in managing medium to large scale IT projects (project value of $100k and above excluding equipment cost, team of 3 to 5 and during of 3 to 6 month), preferably in the networking area
