it is quite frustrating as, we have to admit, users has no clue on the procedures in submitting a contact.

this has been considered in the new UI already and we're really excited about it. we've broke it down to easy, specific & clear steps that anyone and we mean, anyone can understand.

i find the submit contact function very confusing.
