might be useful but not really a requirement, everyone can just communicate the traditional way.

has anyone heard of the Yammer? its like facebook, but its used for a more corporate setting. individuals working in the same company can use it to exchange information fast & easy by just posting updates in their profile, just like what happens in facebook.
its obviously made for private, internal set-ups since people would be sharing company info but still it sounds quite an intriguing & interesting software.

i haven't done a full research on it but watch this:

pretty cool huh? what do you think? do you think this would become a revolutionary way to communicate internally or this would just be a fad?
