About the Presentation
Once a strong local force in the USA only, Carey International has grown to be the world’s largest provider of premium chauffeured services, with a network that covers almost 700 cities around the globe. What was the secret to their success and how do they maintain the quality of their product across very different geographic areas and market sectors?
With the growing importance of business travel in today's global economy, matters such as how a business person would travel between the airport and a hotel are now integral aspects of many companies' travel management and procurement decisions. These decisions are influenced by broad ranging issues such as safety, security, confidentiality, and the need for useful management information, not to mention mere reliability. Recognising the need for sophisticated solutions to these challenges, Mr. Kessler took what was once a local decision and used it as a means to develop a global business strategy.
